# Get a vendor W-9 request and filed documents

`GET /vendors/{id}/w9-request`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1/vendors/{id}/w9-request`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Returns the latest tracked W-9 client request, its delivery/reply/upload history, and the vendor's permanently filed W-9 document records. Protected files are represented by attachment ids; use the scoped attachment endpoint to obtain a short-lived download URL.
