`GET /tally/work-queue`

## Request

Builds the live Tally work queue for the firm or a specific company using SQL-only detection. Prefer /tally/work-items for the persisted, pre-vetted ledger with waiting-item statuses.

- `snapshot` 'true' | 'false'
