# Recompile the Tally work-item ledger now

`POST /tally/work-items/refresh`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1/tally/work-items/refresh`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Runs the firm-wide ledger compile immediately and returns the fresh ledger. Use after data just changed when the asOf time is too old to trust; routine freshness comes from the hourly cron and data-landing events.

## Request body

- object
  - `clientOrganizationId` string, uuid, nullable: Company organization id used to scope the returned ledger; the recompile always covers the whole firm.

## Response `200`

Sync result and fresh ledger
