# Suggest Back work transfer / card-payment offsets

`GET /tally/programs/backwork-bookkeeping/{id}/transfer-candidates`

## Request

Second-pass lookup for exact opposite-amount transfer or credit-card payment offsets across normalized Back work intake registers. Use during open vendor review when the firm asks whether card-side payment credits already have matching checking/savings offsets that the automatic compiler missed. Provide exactly one of sourceRowKey or groupKey. Returns ranked candidates including near-misses; does not mutate analysis.
