# Send a Tally-prepared request draft

`POST /tally/prepared-actions/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Sends an edited request only after the firm user supplies exact company owner-contact ids. The request message and communication outbox receipt are committed before the prepared action becomes executed; replaying the same action is idempotent.
