# Approve or dismiss a learning proposal

`PATCH /tally/message-proposals`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1/tally/message-proposals`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Approving applies the proposal through the audited path for its target (firm standing instruction, saved Tally memory, or an appended line in the company brief's communications section). Dismissing closes it unapplied.
