# Get Tally's firm-wide settings contract

`GET /tally/contract`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1/tally/contract`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Returns the firm's Tally schedule, communication preferences (including tone, notification cadence, and messageHandlerUserId), deliverables, standing instructions, and descriptive boundaries. Capability switches and parallel Tally authority are not part of this contract.
