# Request or resend missing statements from the client

`POST /statement-coverage/requests`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1/statement-coverage/requests`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Creates one document_statement client request for newly selected months, links coverage periods, and optionally creates a lasting client_sends coverage policy. Months already on an open request are resent as follow-ups on that same thread (email and/or SMS) without creating a second request. Months at or before the original held statement are rejected.

## Response `200`

Created request and/or resent follow-ups with linked periods and per-channel delivery results
