`GET /statement-coverage/periods/{id}/true-up`

## Request

Compares the current verified statement ending balance with the posted natural ledger balance through the coverage period end. It does not reconcile transactions.

Statement-backed true-up preview or immutable completion snapshot

## Other responses

- `409`: A current verified statement ending balance is not available
- `default`: Error response
