`GET /reports/bank-reconciliation-status`

  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Per-account reconciliation posture: the permanent unreconciled pool, active session, last completed reconciliation, and the next OCR statement preview. Completion always occurs through an open reconciliation with an exact zero difference.
