# Create a payroll liability account

`POST /payroll/setup/liability-accounts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Creates a liability account for amounts held until the company pays the provider (401(k), insurance, garnishments).
