# Answer or resolve an owner question

`PATCH /owner-questions/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1/owner-questions/{id}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Select an authorized business with x-organization-id. Requires manage:banking and bank_transactions:read (read_write for mutations). In-app questions only: no email, Tally assignment, automatic posting or accounting hold. Writes obey subscription and organization permissions. Answer only with information supplied by the owner. Resolve only after reading and handling the answer through normal accounting tools. expectedAnswer protects against stale edits. Closed questions are preserved; ask a new question for further clarification.
