# Preview or send Ask Client communication

`POST /management-review/send`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1/management-review/send`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

confirm=false is read-only and previews the designated owner, current posted rows, and available delivery channels. confirm=true sends one communication per company: it creates or appends to the company's single active Ask Client request, queues email, sends SMS when a mobile number exists, and notifies portal users. Omitting organizationId in a firm workspace fans out independently and returns per-company successes or failures.

## Request body

- ManagementReviewSendRequest
  - `organizationId` string, uuid: Optional only from a firm workspace, which fans out to managed companies.
  - `confirm` boolean, required: false previews; true sends
  - `idempotencyKey` string
  - `previewFingerprint` string: Optional fingerprint returned by the exact preview. When supplied, confirmation fails if the recipient or outstanding rows changed.
