# Close a fiscal year

`POST /fiscal-years/{id}/close`

## Request

Zeros posted revenue and expense for the fiscal year and moves net income or loss to the exact equity earningsDestinationAccountId. Does not close distributions, draws, capital, reserves, or loans.
