# Get one client request (firm view)

`GET /firm/client-requests/{id}`

Client request detail

- object
  - `request` object: Full client-request detail: workflow state, assignment, follow-up schedule, participants, message thread, companyName, assignedUserName, sending flag, and optional bankConnectionProgress for an exactly linked bank-connection task, including link.status (open, completed, cancelled, or expired) and link.expiresAt for the client's link.
    - `lastClientReply` object, nullable: Plain-language outcome of the latest client reply, or null when the client has not replied.
      - `messageId` string, uuid
      - `kind` 'statement_pdfs' | 'statement_no_file' | 'statement_wrong_file' | 'files' | 'answer' | 'reopened'
      - `summary` string
      - `at` string, date-time
      - `fileNames` string[]
      - `bouncedBack` boolean: An automatic reply asked the client for the PDF statement.
      - `statementResult` 'received' | 'needs_review': Set once the statements in that reply have been read.
