# Add and invite a company owner

`POST /companies/{companyId}/owners`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1/companies/{companyId}/owners`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Adds an equal owner and creates/sends the standard LedgerHQ client portal invitation. Existing active or pending owners return idempotently.

- `companyId` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- object
  - `name` string, required
  - `email` string, email, required
  - `mobilePhone` string, required

## Response `200`

Owner already active or invited

## Other responses

- `201`: Owner added and invitation created
- `default`: Error response
