# List company owners

`GET /companies/{companyId}/owners`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1/companies/{companyId}/owners`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Lists equal company owners backed by active client memberships or pending LedgerHQ invitations. Firm staff are intentionally excluded. Client owners may read their own company's list (canManage=false); every mutation requires firm access.

  - `tallyBankConnectionRequestsEnabled` boolean, required: Whether Tally may ask this company's owners to connect or reconnect banks.
  - `tallyStatementRequestsEnabled` boolean, required: Legacy compatibility field, always true. Tally AI and each account statement policy autoRequestEnabled control automatic requests.
  - `clientInvoicingAccess` 'client_manages' | 'view_only' | 'hidden': Who handles invoicing for this company's client portal logins. Defaults to client_manages.
  - `canManage` boolean, required: False when the caller is a client owner viewing their own company: the owner list is read-only and every mutation stays firm-only.
