# Remove a company owner

`DELETE /companies/{companyId}/owners/{accessId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1/companies/{companyId}/owners/{accessId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Removes the company-side owner membership or revokes the pending invitation. Same-email firm membership is preserved.

- `accessId` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Owner removed and client access revoked
