# Read an uploaded signed engagement

`POST /companies/{companyId}/engagements/{engagementId}/complete`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Verifies the exact uploaded object and asks Tally's document-reading model to draft structured engagement details from the PDF text and page images. Extraction failure returns an editable blank draft while preserving the original PDF.
