# Read original onboarding engagement signing evidence and archived copy

`GET /companies/{companyId}/billing/agreement-record`

## Response `200`

signingRecord contains signer/adopted name, consent, server timestamps, unverified-email disclosure, recorded IP/browser evidence, content hash, portal-copy status/checksum and append-only events. Optional PDF bytes are identical to the original-onboarding portal download. New copies require no certificate and are not emailed. Historical seal/delivery evidence is preserved without inventing evidence for legacy records.

## Other responses

- `503`: Signature accepted; portal PDF preparation is pending.
- `default`: Error response
