# List outstanding-item candidates for an import baseline

`POST /bulk/import-jobs/{jobId}/reconciliation-setup/outstanding-candidates`

## Request

Lists imported transactions dated on or before the baseline date so never-cleared checks/deposits can be marked before confirming. Returns book balance, the signed statement difference when a balance is known, and previously marked outstanding ids. A fully explained baseline has difference + sum(outstanding amounts) = 0.
