# Preview or apply LedgerHQ + Tally

`PATCH /billing/package`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1/billing/package`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Applies LedgerHQ + Tally to the firm and every active managed company. Legacy Core firms may use this route to upgrade. Call with confirm=false for an exact monthly preview and signed token, then confirm that unchanged preview. Sponsored demo subscriptions are LedgerHQ-managed.

## Response `200`

Preview or confirmed firm package transition

## Other responses

- `409`: Expired or stale confirmation preview
- `default`: Error response
