# Create a secure billing checkout

`POST /billing/checkout`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1/billing/checkout`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Creates a short-lived Stripe Checkout setup link. Payment credentials are entered only on Stripe; this saves a card but does not create a package subscription until the first active company exists. Sponsored demo workspaces are refused because no payment method is required.

Stripe Checkout URL (card setup, or one-time $26 Tally usage pack for $25 credit + $1 card fee)
