# Create a bank-connection task (optionally text it)

`POST /bank-feeds/bank-connection-tasks`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1/bank-feeds/bank-connection-tasks`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Creates or reuses the company task for an explicit first-time bank or card connection. Existing broken Items use the Item-scoped reconnect endpoint instead. With sendText=true (default) the task link is texted and emailed; with sendText=false the response returns the secure URL.

## Response `200`

Task result with status, taskId, and url when sendText=false
