# Ask a client to enable Plaid Statements

`POST /bank-feeds/{itemId}/send-statement-consent`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1/bank-feeds/{itemId}/send-statement-consent`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Creates or reuses the company's secure bank-connection task and sends the selected owner a no-login link by text and email. The client uses the existing Plaid Item to grant Statements consent; this does not create another bank connection.

## Path parameters

- `itemId` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- object
  - `ownerId` string, uuid: Owner to contact; defaults to the selected bank-outreach owner

## Response `200`

Send result with per-channel SMS and email status
