# Send a reconnect link by text and email

`POST /bank-feeds/{itemId}/send-reconnect-sms`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`
- URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1/bank-feeds/{itemId}/send-reconnect-sms`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Sends the selected owner a secure no-login link by both text and email to reconnect an existing broken Plaid connection. Each channel is attempted and logged independently, so email can still succeed when texting is unavailable. Healthy feeds are rejected and stale reconnect incidents are resolved before communication.

## Path parameters

- `itemId` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- object
  - `requestKey` string, required: Stable key for this explicit send attempt. Reuse it when retrying so neither channel is sent twice.
  - `requestedAccountName` string
  - `advisorMessage` string
  - `ownerId` string, uuid: Equal owner to contact; defaults to the selected bank-outreach owner

## Response `200`

Send result with per-channel SMS and email status
