`POST /bank-accounts/{bankAccountId}/transactions/import`

Retired 2026-10-17. Always returns 410 with code use_bank_feed_upload. Upload bank and card files into the account's Bank Feeds card with POST /bank-accounts/{bankAccountId}/bank-feed-csv.
