# Append a human review to a Tally turn observation

`POST /admin/tally/flight-recorder/turns/{id}/reviews`

## Request

Site-admin/admin-agent quality route. Reviews are attributed, append-only, and cannot alter Tally prompts, routing, authority, or accounting records. Requires admin:tally-quality:write.
