# Run an isolated planner-only replay

`POST /admin/tally/flight-recorder/turns/{id}/replays`

Site-admin/admin-agent quality route. Loads the source message only inside the server operation, exposes zero tools and zero goals, and persists only a sanitized candidate plan, deterministic grade, and metric delta. Requires admin:tally-quality:write.
