# Compare current and candidate planner configurations across approved benchmarks

`POST /admin/tally/flight-recorder/benchmark-runs`

## Request

Runs planner-only evaluations and persists a versioned report with safety regressions, wins/losses, latency, and cost. It does not change runtime configuration.
