# Certify a candidate configuration against a benchmark report

`POST /admin/tally/flight-recorder/benchmark-runs/{id}/promote`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://ledgerhq.pro/api/v1`

- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`
  - HTTP bearer and API key in header `x-organization-id`

Requires a completed report with zero critical and high regressions. Creates an immutable promotion record but never changes production configuration automatically.

## Response `200`

Versioned promotion record; runtimeConfigurationChanged is false
