Retrieves the report details for a given user based on the provided `Customer_Key` and `user_code`.

**Headers**:  
- `Customer_Key` (str, required): The customer key.
- `User_Code` (str, required): The user code to retrieve report details for.
- `Code` (str, required): The current logged in user's code.

**Response**:  
A JSON response containing the report details for the user.

**Exceptions**:  
- `HTTPException`: If the user is not found, raises an HTTPException with a 404 status code.
- `HTTPException`: If any exception occurs during the process, raises an HTTPException with a 500 status code and the exception message.
