**Purpose**:  
Retrieves the recurrence schedule for a given template.

**Request Body**:  
None

**Response**:  
Returns a JSON representation of the recurrence schedule, including the template code, report code, occurances, days, start date, end date, schedule time, and status.

**Exceptions**:  
- Raises `HTTPException` with a 400 status code if the customer key is invalid.
- Raises `HTTPException` with a 404 status code if the recurrence schedule is not found.
- Raises `HTTPException` with a 500 status code in case of any internal error.
