`GET /api/MobileApp/reports/powerbi/report_details`

- `report_code` (str, optional): Filter by report code to get shared mappings

JSON array of report details with id, name, datasetId, datasetWorkspaceId, 
reportCode, currentFlag, and selectedFlag

**Status Codes**:
- 200: Success
- 404: Workspace/report not found
- 500: Internal server error
