# List Users

`GET /api/MobileApp/master/users`

**Purpose**:  
Retrieves a list of all users in the database.

**Response**:  
A JSON response containing a list of user objects, each with the following properties:
- `id`: The user code.
- `name`: The user name.
- `email`: The user email.
- `group`: The user group name.
- `status`: The user status.
- `designation`: The user designation.
- `modified_by`: The user who last modified the user.
- `modified_on`: The date and time the user was last modified.

**Exceptions**:  
- `HTTPException`: If any exception occurs during the process, it raises an HTTPException with a 500 status code and the exception message.
