Retrieves the template log details for a given template code and batch ID.

- `Template-Code` (str, required): The template code for which the log details are to be retrieved.
- `Batch-Id` (str, required): The batch ID for which the log details are to be retrieved.

**Response**:  
A JSON response containing the template log details, including the title, template name, generated status, generated on, sent mode, sent status, sent on, and message.

**Exceptions**:  
Returns a JSON response with status "failed" and a 500 status code for any internal errors.
