Updates the application-level bank enablement configurations for IBAN verification

## Request body

- UpdateIbanVerificationBankConfigurationRequest: Request body for updating application-level bank configurations
  - `availabilities` ApplicationBankAvailability[], required: List of bank availability configurations to update
    - `country_code` string, required: ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code where the bank is located
    - `bank_code` string, required: Unique identifier code for the bank
    - `enablement` 'ENABLED' | 'DISABLED', required: Enablement status indicating whether a feature is enabled or disabled
