# Create Bank Statements Report

`POST /insights/v2/customers/{customer_id}/reports/bank-statements`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Create a new bank statements report.

## Path parameters

- `customer_id` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- CreateBankStatementsReportRequestBody
  - `start_date` string, date, required: Start date for transactions range
  - `end_date` string, date, required: End date for transactions range
  - `account_sub_types` string[], nullable: Account sub types to include in the statements, if undefined all sub types will be included

## Response `201`

Created

- CreateReportResponseBody
  - `report_id` string, uuid, required: Unique identifier for the created report
  - `status` 'PENDING', required: Status of the report (PENDING, OK, FAILED)
