# Open a gift link

`GET /api/gift/{token}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://leafle.org` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://leafle.org/api/gift/{token}`
- Auth: none required

**Access: signed link.** The token in the path is the credential.

Returns only the reader-approved gift card, previously generated suggestions and claims. No account sign-in is needed. Reading and claiming remain possible after the link's recommendation allowance is spent, until expiry or revocation.
