# Seed enrichment rows (external)

`POST /internal/enrichments/{externalID}/seed-rows`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.leadsforge.ai`

Create or update the list by externalID and seed enrichment rows directly from uploaded contacts. No search is performed.
