# Revoke purchasing approval for an account

`POST /internal/accounts/{accountID}/revoke-purchasing-approval`

Take back an approval granted in error, so the account meets the new-account purchase gate again on its next purchase. It does not refuse anything by itself: an account that is past its first hour, or buying below the gated tier, is unaffected. Revoking an approval the account never had is safe.
