`GET /campaigns`

Returns campaigns for the authenticated account with lifetime performance aggregates.

## Query parameters

- `status` 'draft' | 'active' | 'paused' | 'completed' | 'error'
- `platform` 'meta' | 'google' | 'tiktok' | 'linkedin' | 'reddit' | 'apple' | 'bing' | 'chatgpt' | 'snapchat'
- `limit` integer
- `offset` integer

A list of campaigns with `pagination`

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `403`: Plan does not include this endpoint, key lacks the scope, or agency access denied
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
