`GET /api/videos/library`

List project-backed and standalone generated videos, newest first.

Powers the "Videos" gallery. Excludes overlay/library-role videos and raw
user uploads — only videos the user generated make the cut.

## Query parameters

- `search` string, nullable
- `completed_only` boolean
