Generate a sound effect audio clip using ElevenLabs text-to-sound-effects API.
VIDEO-CENTRIC: Attaches audio clip to a Video instead of a Scene.

- GenerateSoundEffectRequest: Request schema for generating a sound effect audio clip
  - `prompt` string, required: Text description of the sound effect
  - `startTimestamp` integer, required: Start time in milliseconds
  - `durationSeconds` number, nullable: Optional duration in seconds (0.5-30)
  - `promptInfluence` number, nullable: How closely to follow the prompt (0-1)
  - `isLoop` boolean, nullable: When true, allows extending duration beyond source by looping
  - `audioClipId` string, nullable: Existing audio clip ID to update (for regeneration)
