Announce an elastic IP from a server over BGP

## Path parameters

- `elastic_ip_id` string, required

## Request body

- CreateBgpSession
  - `data` object, required
    - `type` 'bgp_sessions', required
    - `attributes` object
      - `server_id` string, required: The server that will announce the elastic IP over BGP
      - `requestor_id` string: Optional identifier of the requestor, recorded for auditing

## Response `202`
