# List campaigns

`GET /v2/campaigns`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://reporting.api.later.com`
- URL: `https://reporting.api.later.com/v2/campaigns`
- Auth: HTTP bearer
- TypeScript: <https://skmtc.dev/later/apis/later-influence-reporting-api/docs/v2/campaigns/get.ts> (a function with typed inputs; its response is checked against the schema)

Returns a flat list of all campaigns across the given instances with basic metadata.

**What is included per campaign:**
- Campaign ID, name, description, and status
- Start date, first post date, and last post date
- Instance ID the campaign belongs to

No performance metrics are included — use `GET /campaigns/performance` for metrics.

## Other responses

- `400`: One or more query parameters failed validation (`ANL_00400`)
- `401`: Authentication failed — the JWT is missing, malformed, invalid, or expired (`ANL_00401`). Request a new token via `POST /oauth/token` before retrying.
- `403`: Authorization failed — the JWT is valid but the requested scope is not accessible with this token (`ANL_00403`). Typically one or more `instanceIds` are not bound to the client.
- `500`: An unexpected error occurred while processing the request (`ANL_00500`). The request was not processed and the credentials are not implicated — retry with exponential backoff.
