# List Integrations

`GET /api/v1/integrations`

## Request

- The document declares no server URL.
- Auth: one of:
  - OAuth 2
    - Password
    - Token URL: `api/v1/login`
  - API key in query parameter `x-api-key`
  - API key in header `x-api-key`

List loaded integration providers and the caller's effective access.

Blocked providers and actions are omitted by default so a picker cannot
advertise what execution would refuse. ``include_blocked`` returns them with
their decision attached, which is what the operator panel renders, and is
superuser-only for the same reason every other ``include_blocked`` surface
is (``/api/v1/all``, starter projects, basic examples): the deny decision is
operator information, not something a plain caller may enumerate.

## Query parameters

- `provider` string, nullable
- `include_blocked` boolean
- `flow_id` string, uuid, nullable
- `project_id` string, uuid, nullable

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- IntegrationListRead
  - `deployment_context` 'self_managed' | 'hosted' | 'desktop': Which deployment this instance is, from LANGFLOW_CONNECTION_OAUTH_CONTEXT. A capability or auth profile whose deployment contexts exclude it is not offered here (hosted has no Slack Socket Mode, Desktop no Slack Events API).
  - `providers` IntegrationProviderRead[], required
    - `approved` boolean, required: False when the provider is outside the operator ceiling.
    - `capabilities` IntegrationCapabilityRead[], required
      - `allowed` boolean, required: False when at least one of the action's policy keys is denied.
      - `auth_profile_id` string, required
      - `blocked_policy_key` string, nullable: The first denied policy key, so an operator panel can explain the decision.
      - `component_ref` string, nullable
      - `deployment_contexts` string[], required
      - `display_name` string, required
      - `id` string, required
      - `identity` string, required
      - `maturity` string, required
      - `mcp_tool` string, nullable
      - `policy_keys` string[], required
      - `risk` string, required
      - `substrate` string, required
    - `connection_count` integer, required
    - `display_name` string, required
    - `docs_url` string, nullable
    - `enabled` boolean, required: True when the caller can already use this provider: it is approved and at least one connection they own, an instance connection, or an explicit share exists for it.
    - `icon` string, nullable
    - `provider_id` string, required
