# Get Authorization Capabilities

`GET /api/v1/authz/capabilities`

## Request

- The document declares no server URL.
- Auth: one of:
  - OAuth 2
    - Password
    - Token URL: `api/v1/login`
  - API key in query parameter `x-api-key`
  - API key in header `x-api-key`

Return caller-specific administration access and installed features.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- AuthorizationCapabilities
  - `administration` AdministrationCapabilities, required
    - `role` boolean, required: Caller may administer roles and assignments through role:manage.
    - `team` boolean, required: Caller may administer teams and membership through team:manage.
    - `user` boolean, required: Caller may administer other users through user:manage.
  - `features` AuthorizationFeatures, required
    - `directory` object, nullable: Caller-specific directory actions advertised by an installed plugin.
    - `team_role_assignments` boolean, required: The installed authorization service supports team-role assignments.
