  - `min_unit` 'hour' | 'day' | 'month': The granularity of the returned usage data.

    - `hour` string: Timestamp for the record

  - `period_start` integer, required: Start of the usage period in microseconds since epoch
  - `period_end` integer, required: End of the usage period in microseconds since epoch
