# Delete thread

`DELETE /v1/fleet/threads/{thread_id}`

Deletes a thread and all of its runs. Idempotent: deleting a thread that does not exist returns 204.

## Path parameters

- `thread_id` string, required

## Response `204`

No Content

- `401` — Unauthorized
- `403` — Forbidden
- `502` — Bad Gateway
